HUGHES – Kathryn A., 100, Ebensburg, formerly of Colver, died Jan. 22, 2013, at Cambria Care Center. Born April 21, 1912, in Wherum, daughter of Vincent and Anna Blanche (Chamberland) Russick. Preceded in death by parents; husband, George; daughter, Bonnie Kostelnik; grandson, Adam Kostelnik; brothers, Vincent, Francis, James, Donald, and Jack; and sisters, Viola, Annabel, Jessie, Margie, Bernadine and Georgine. Survived by son, Rodney (Mary) Hughes, Ebensburg; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Former member of Colver Presbyterian Church. At Kathryn’s request, there will be no public viewing or visitation. Committal, Lloyd Cemetery, at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements by Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg.
