Obituary of Blair C. Robine

ROBINE - Blair C. Sr., 74, of Lilly, passed away July 25, 2005, at Select Specialty Care, Johnstown. Born May 21, 1931, in Lilly, son of the late James and Marian (Leahey) Robine. Preceded in death by son, Steven; brothers, Kenneth, Wesley, Donald and Jackie Robine. Last survivor of immediate family. Survived by loving wife, Delores (Mishock) Robine. Beloved father of Debra, and husband, Greg Smith, Ebensburg; Blair C. Robine Jr., and wife, Debbye (Bauer), Cresson; Charlene, and husband, Michael Remillard, Ebensburg; also grandchildren, Melissa Krug, Christopher Robine and Joshua and Jessica Remillard; also brothers-in-law, John and Richard Mishock. Blair retired from Bethlehem Steel Mills. Past president of Lilly Washington War Memorial Association, after 20 years. Member of Our Lady of the Alleghenies Catholic Church, Lilly, and Korean War Army veteran. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Thomas F. Cloherty Funeral Home, Lilly, where vigil for the deceased will be held Wednesday evening. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of the Alleghenies Catholic Church, Lilly, the Rev. Msgr. John R. Sasway, VF, celebrant, and Father Paul M. Robine, concelebrant. Committal, St. Brigid's Cemetery, Lilly. Military graveside rites by Lilly American Legion and Lilly VFW.
