BELTZ – Frank, 94, of Strongstown, passed away July 8, 2009 at Rebekah Manor, Ebensburg. Born August 25, 1914 in Vintondale, son of the late Anthony and Agnes Beltz. Preceded in death by first wife, Helen. Survived by wife of 31 years, Mary (Black)Beltz; and children, Phyllis (Ben) Oros; Robert (Norma); 4 grandchildren; sisters, Josephine (John) Flodine; and Jenny (Fred) Rager. Also survived by stepsons, Don (Deb); and Rick Black; 4 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; and loving pets, Maggie and Samantha. Friends will be received from 2pm until time of funeral service at 4pm Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev. Wesley Mash, officiating. Interment, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Humane Society.
