WYSE GEORGE DALE , 68, of Mundys Corner, passed into heavenly glory on November 28, 2014 at home. Born October 23, 1946 in Spangler, son of the late George W. and Margaret C. Wyse. Preceded in death by sister, Joyce Hagopian and brother-in-law Thomas Ellis. Survived by wife, the former Margaret Ann Ellis, to whom he was married 39 years and son Christopher. Also survived by sister Kristyne, wife of John Antonini and brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-law: Laura (Bob) Chirdon; Bob (Veronica) Ellis, Jim (Elaine) Ellis; Paul (Jackie) Ellis; Sarah (Darrin) Reese; Don (Patsy) Ellis; Cathy Ullrich; and Shirley Sebulsky. Dale was the former Chief of Police in Jackson Twp. and former owner/operator of Wyse Cemetery Memorials. He was a lifelong member of St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mundy s Corner. Dale had many special friends too numerous to mention, but many special thanks goes to Morgan Stickler who gave of his time and support many times over. Friends will be received from 1-4 p.m., Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, were a funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., the Rev. Kevin McNamara, officiating. Interment at Ogden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dale s memory may be made to the Nanty Glo Library or to the Nanty Glo Food Pantry.
