KUBAT Frank, 82, Ebensburg, formerly of Port Orange, Fla., died Dec. 17, 2014, at Rebekah Manor Ebensburg. Born March 12, 1932, in Blacklick Township, son of Albert and Victoria (Sarick) Kubat. Preceded in death by parents; son, Jeff Kubat; seven sisters; and four brothers. Survived by wife of 64 years, the former Eileen Braniff, Florida; and son, Todd, and wife, Patty, Ebensburg; grandchildren, Jeremy and Chantara; great-grandsons, Joshua and Rylen; and great-granddaughter, Cadence. Also survived by two sisters. Retired from Bethlehem Mines 32 and 33, Ebensburg, with 20 years of service. Frank was so well loved by all the staff at Rebekah Manor. Member of Epiphany Catholic Church, Port Orange, Fla., and St. Mary s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo. At Frank s request, there will be no public viewing or visitation. Funeral arrangements by Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg.
