LASSAK Sarah C., 22, Brooksville, Fla., formerly of Cresson, died March 15, 2015, at Kindred Hospital, Tampa. Born Oct. 4, 1992, in Altoona, daughter of Leonard and Cyndi (Nadolsky) Lassak. Survived by parents, Cyndi and Jeff Hoover, Cresson, and Leonard and Lynn Lassak, Cresson, and daughter, London Lassak. Sister of Kristy Plazek (Joe), Cresson; Adam Lassak (Hope), Lilly; Renee Conrad, Loretto; Jonathon Lassak (Kim), Portage; and Corey Hoover, Ebensburg. Also survived by maternal grandmother, Bonnie Nadolsky; special aunt, Sheila Welsh, both of DuBois; and several nieces and nephews. A 2011 graduate of Penn Cambria High School, Cresson. Former member of Mountain Top track and field team, where she won numerous awards for track and long distance running. Participated in Junior Olympics, Buffalo, N.Y., in 2007. Attended Bene Beauty School, Spring Hill, Fla. Private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson.
