Stiles - Norman S., 76, of Nicktown, died April 14, 2005 at Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born August 30, 1928 in Ivason, Pa, son of the late Edward Hale and Leora Mae (Stephens) Stiles. Preceded in death by first wife, Wilma; sisters M. Alice Stiles and Dorothy Jane Stiles, brothers David George and Frederick J. Stiles, stepson Ken Mack; and grandson Jonathan Alan Ramsey. Survived by wife, Jennie B. (Boring) Stiles; children: Sam, and wife Joyce (Nuckels), East Pittsburgh; Norman, and wife Susan (Perhats), Larimer, Pa.; Joyce, and husband Kevin D. Sterns, Latrobe; John R. Stiles, North Versailles, Pa.; daughter-in-law Mary McBride, South Carolina; stepdaughters: Margaretta and husband M. Wayne Stiles, Nicktown R.D.; Sharon McCullough, Nanty Glo R.D.; and Connie, and husband Brian Smalley, Nanty Glo; grandchildren, Jason Stiles and Norman Ramsey; and numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of M. Wayne (Gretey) Stiles, Nicktown; Edward Hale Stiles, Johnstown; M. Daryl (Lynn) Joiner, Northern Cambria; Mary Martha (M. Del) Friend, Florida; Erma (Murray) Lanzendorfer, Ebensburg; and Naomi (Floyd) Noland, Florida. Norm will be sadly missed by his numerous neices and nephews. Retired from E. T. Steel Works, Braddock. Friends will be recieved from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, the Rev. Reginald Bell (Pastor Emeritus, Nanty Glo First Baptist Church), officiating. Interment, Armaugh Cemetery.
