KASCHALK - Thomas D. "Dave", 62, of Jackson Twp., died April 9, 2007. Born April 30, 1944 in Lakewood, Ohio , son of the late Henry and Eleanor (Wurm) Kaschalk. Preceded in death by sister, Eleanor Kaschalk. Survived by wife and high school sweetheart of 42 years, Barb (Barosky) Kaschalk and children, David (Wendy) Jackson Twp.; Jeanna (Jim) Pfeil; Tricia (Mark) Spencer, both of Johnstown; and Beth (Greg) Johns; Jackson Twp. Grandchildren Cullen, Helaina, Morgan, Jack and Logan. Brother, Paul (Nancy), Jackson Twp. and sister Catherine (Robert) Miller, Davidsville. Member and presiding overseer of Mundys Corner Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Founder/Owner of Kaschalk & Son Construction, Inc. and Tops It Off, Inc. Dave enjoyed walking outdoors with his wife, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and teaching others about Jehovah. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Wednesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday at Mundys Corner Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Elder Harold Swanson, officiating. Interment Headricks Union Cemetery.
