SCHELLHAMMER (SHIELDS) - Deloras “Dee”, 91, of Ebensburg, passed away April 25, 2018 at Rebekah Manor, Portage. Born October 5, 1926 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Richard “Laddie” and Mary (Benton) Wilson. Preceded in death by first husband William Shields; second husband Fred Schellhammer; son Roger Shields; sisters Betty Johnson and Evelyn Kring; and brother Thomas Wilson. Survived by daughter Marsha Krug, and granddaughter Kerrie Krug, of Ebensburg and brother Donald Wilson, of Ohio. Dee was a longtime member of the Ebensburg Presbyterian Church. She retired from the Ebensburg Center where she served as a registered nurse, and also was a longtime nurse for Dr. Robert Magley in Ebensburg. She was a member of the Pennsylvania Nurses Association. At her request, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dee’s memory may be made to the Ebensburg Presbyterian Church Organ Restoration Project.
