SHEEHAN – Michael David, 41, of Revloc, passed away June 4, 2018 at UPMC, Altoona. Born October 7, 1976 in Altoona, son of Ronald G. and Claire “Gaye” (Boyer) Sheehan. Preceded in death by infant son Logan Michael, paternal grandparents Joseph & Dorothy Sheehan, and maternal grandmother Betty “MiMi” Matvay. Survived by father of Cresson; mother of Ebensburg; former wife and mother of his children Alyssa (Zanin) Sheehan; children: Isabella, Alyson & Lydia, and Gabriel, all at home in Revloc. Also survived by brothers Joseph A., Georgia; and Gregory A. (Alicia) Sheehan of Windber and several nieces and nephews, especially Brady, Blake, JP and Lili, and will be sadly missed by his many friends. Michael attended Bishop Carroll High School and was a graduate of Penn Cambria High School. He was employed by Applebee’s restaurant chain and formerly employed by Schwan’s and PestCo. He was actively involved with Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous locally, and enjoyed cooking, sports, fishing and all venues of music. He will be remembered for his great conversational skills, his wit and his inherit love of people. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday at Holy Name Church, Rev. Msgr. David Lockard and Rev. Fr. Jonathan St. Andre, TOR, celebrants. Interment at St Aloysius Cemetery, Cresson. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the family for Michael’s young children.
