ANSTEAD-FINK - Betty Kay (Rudolph), 81 of Rockville, Maryland, formerly of Ebensburg, passed away August 2, 2018 in Rockville. Born April 14, 1937, in Colver, daughter of the late David J. and Kathryn (Pryce) Rudolph. She is preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Anstead and her brother Richard Rudolph. Survived by husband, Roger E. Fink; daughter Sandra Kay Hilty; grandchildren: Alyssa Nicole Hilty and Sean Joseph Hilty. Also survived by brother, William P. (Carol) Rudolph and sister, Margery Jeanne (Arthur) Wright. A graduate of the former Ebensburg-Cambria High School, Class of 1955. Kay was retired from Montgomery County Government after thirty years of service. Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Pumphrey’s Colonial Funeral Home in Rockville and locally from 11:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery.
