Obituary of Chris M. Croyle

CROYLE – Chris, 56, Northern Cambria, formerly of Ebensburg, passed away January 26, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born August 10, 1962 in Winchester, Virginia, daughter of the late Alvin Hogbin and Delores Marie Croyle. Preceded in death by infant brother Dowey David. Survived by children: Phillip Croyle, Nanty Glo; Mary Adams, Northern Cambria; Angela (Timothy Jr. “TJ”) Fetterman, Punxsutawney; Trista Adams, and Robyn (Randall) Reed both of Altoona. Also 11 grandchildren and brother, William (Linda) Croyle, Nanty Glo. Chris was employed at Cambria Care Center and Maple Winds Care Center. She was passionate about her work as a caregiver. She enjoyed quilting, crafting, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 6:30 p.m., Monday, February 4th, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, Pastor Rob Osborn, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
