SMITH – Theresa M., 72 of Johnstown, passed away June 5th, 2019 at Windber Hospice. Born April 25th, 1947, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Uhler) Blasic. Preceded in death by husband Robert E. Smith. Sr., sister, Francine Harlan, and infant sister, Yvonne. Survived by children: Jacqueline (John) Bukovitz, Colver; Yvonne (Luke) Chapola, North Carolina; and Robert E. Smith Jr., of Scranton; and grandchildren: Amanda, Athena, Madilyn, and Robert E. III. Also survived by sister Lee Rudnik, and Lee’s partner Ron Martynuska, Sidman, Pa; brother, Joseph (Maureen) Blasic, Delaware; and brother-in-law, Ron Harlan, Washington State. At her request there will be no viewing. A private celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family, Deacon Tom Buige, officiating. Interment at St. Claire of Assisi Cemetery, Park Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Theresa’s memory to the Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Avenue, Windber, Pa. 15963. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
