Obituary of Albert J. Frederick

FREDERICK - Albert "Bud" J., 57, Strongstown, died Dec. 10, 2005, at home. Born Sept. 11, 1948, in Loretto, son of the late Harry Frederick Sr. and Genevieve (Barrett) Day. Preceded in death by son, Albert; brother, Matthew; and father-in-law, Roy Melius Sr. Survived by beloved wife, Judy; and children, Tracy, and husband, Leroy Brenneman; Bobby, and wife, Sue; Timmy, and fiancee, Stacie; Brandon and Nicole, at home; brothers and sisters, Harry Jr., and wife, Barb; Betty, and husband, Jim Smiley; Mary Ann, and husband, Bill Cook; Patty, and husband, Les Hamilton; Pat, and wife, Tracy; and Janet, and husband, Don Lichentfels; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Yvonne "Bonnie" Melius; five stepgrandchildren; brother-in-law, Roy, and wife, Debbie Melius; sister-in-law, Kitty, and husband, Rick Beckley; brother-in-law, Doug Melius; and sister-in-law, Lena, and husband, Ed Jeffreys; and numerous nieces and nephews. Retired coal miner of 33 years. Member of numerous clubs and organizations. Friends will be received Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Deacon James Janosik officiating. Interment to follow in the U.B. Cemetery, Belsano. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
