TISHOK - James G. "Sim," 58, Indian Head, Md., formerly of Ebensburg, died Dec. 14, 2005, at home. Born June 26, 1947, in Colver, son of Metro and Ann (Datsko) Tishok. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother, Ebensburg; wife, the former Darla Chila, Indian Head and children, Michelle M. Tishok, Lewisberry, and Dr. Melissa A. Westall, Greensboro, N.C. Brother of Connie Butkus, Ebensburg, and Judy Maurer, Colver. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews. Served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Member of VFW Post 4963, Ebensburg. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Matevish -- Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where Parastas will be sung at 7 p.m. Sunday evening. Funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m. Monday at Protection of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, Revloc, the Rev. Father Andrew Krasulski. Committal, Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg. Memorial contributions made be made to the National Hydrocephalus Foundation, in Jim's memory.
