SOULSBY - Doris E. (Wilkinson) Llewellyn Soulbsy, 81, Ebensburg, formerly of Nanty Glo, died Jan. 20, 2006, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Sept. 15, 1924, in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Merton and Nellie (Moody) Wilkinson. Preceded in death by first husband, Evan Llewellyn; second husband, Earl Soulsby; brother, Jack; and sister, Betty Jean Hershberger. Surviving are children, Debora Gongloff, and husband, Michael, Nanty Glo; Sharon Benzel, and husband, David, Russia; John Soulsby, married to the former Connie Kiel, Madison, Ohio; Jo Ann Mahalko, and husband, Ron, Nanty Glo; and James Soulsby, married to the former Brenda Breeden, Chardon, Ohio; grandchildren, Adam and Rebecca Gongloff; Douglas, David (Asha) and Daniel Soulsby; Steven, Sunny Lynn Proper (Erik) and Greg Mahalko; and Margaret and Sarah Soulsby; and great-grandchildren, Joseph and Pryia Soulsby. Also survived by beloved niece, Susie (Phil) Murphy, Fort Myers, Fla. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, the Rev. David Streets officiating. Interment to follow in Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nanty Glo Library.
