KOVACH - David M., 54, Nanty Glo, died July 23, 2006, at home. Born July 22, 1952, in Johnstown, son of the late Steve and Mary (Lonesky) Kovach. Survived by wife, the former Kathy Peters, Nanty Glo; daughters, Jennifer Sharp, and husband, David, Middleburg, Fla.; Kerry Salvaggio, Mundys Corner; grandchildren, David, Josh, Shawn, Brandon, Christian and Madison; brothers and sisters, Steve, and wife, Kitty, Revloc; Jim, and wife, Barb, Belsano; Tish, and husband, Mark Colangelo, Vintondale; Greg, and wife, Shonda, Indiana; Cathy Kovach, Johnstown; Mary Beth, and husband, Gefre Rummell, Virginia; father- and mother-in-law, Joe and Phyllis Peters; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Sharon and Ron Bowman and Joey Peters; and many nieces and nephews. Member of Nanty Glo United Methodist Church. Retired from Bethlehem Mines, currently worked for Espy Trucking. Pappy Dave loved spending time with his grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, and from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nanty Glo United Methodist Church, with the Rev. John Snyder officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
