St. Clair - Susan (Carlisle), 61 of Harrisburg and formerly of Ebensburg, died August 1, 2006 at Manor Care Nursing Center, Carlisle. Born August 16, 1944 in Johnstown, daughter of the late J. Milton and Cordelia (Askew) Carlisle. Preceded in death by brother John M "Jack" and an infant brother and sister. Survived by husband, Raymond Carl St. Clair, to whom she was married 35 years; brother, J. William Carlisle and his wife Mary Lou, of Ebensburg, sister Cordelia Helen "Dee", wife of Robert Miller, of New Castle, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews. Member of the Dauphin County Lioness Club. Former owner/operator of St. Clair's Snack Bar. Susan enjoyed making all kinds of crafts and cooking. At her request, there will be no viewing. A Celebration of Susan's life will be held at the annual Askew Family Reunion held at the William Carlisle residence in Ebensburg on Saturday, August 5th at 5:00 p.m., the Rev. James Farrer, officiating. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery. Arrangements by Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory may be made to the Dauntless Fire Company, Ebensburg.
