Mullen - Judith A. (Smith), 58, of Ebensburg, passed away November 12, 2006 at home. Born June 25, 1948 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Thomas and Ann Kathryn (Rager) Smith. Preceded in death by brothers Thomas, Kenneth "Bud" and William "Smitty" Smith, and first husband James R. Lamer. Survived by husband, Francis Leo Mullen, to whom she married August 15, 1986 and children: Francis (Teresa) Mullen; Russ (Chris) Mullen; Randy (Mary Alice) Mullen; Jim "Punk" (Heather) Lamer; Dave (Roxanne) Lamer; Tim (Jackie) Mullen; Janet "Sis" (Rob) Smiley; Kim "Sue" (Dave) Regitz; Dan "Tink" Lamer; Judy "Dude" (Stan) Pisarski; Tina (Jeff) Evans; Kailey Lamer and Nathan Planell; 26 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother James Smith, Northern Cambria; sister, Kathy Hovanis, Dubois; and sister-in-law, Sue Smith of Ebensburg. An LPN with twenty years of service at Laurel Crest Manor, where she was past-president of the Nurses Union 1199P. Member of Nanty Glo VFW Auxillary. Judy enjoyed gardening, baking and spending time with her grandkids. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, the Rev. Marvin E. Lowery, officiating. Interment at Lloyd Cemetery.
