KASECKY – Francis Michael “Frank”, 32, of Nanty Glo, passed away Jan. 20, 2011. Born May 1, 1978 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Melvin and Ethel Buck; and paternal grandparents, Andrew and Pearl Kasecky. Survived by parents, Steve and Linda Kasecky; brother, Steve and wife Christina; sister, Natalie; nieces, Vanessa, Paige and Aliyah; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. U.S. Marine Corp. veteran. Member of Nanty Glo VFW, where he was a member of the funeral honor guard. Frank enjoyed fishing and camping; and touring with Pink Floyd. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10am Monday, the Rev. Martin Cingle, officiating. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nanty Glo. Military Rite by Nanty Glo, Twin Rocks and Vintondale veterans organizations. In lieu of flowers donations in Frank’s memory may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo.
