Wojcik - Mary A., 83, of Ebensburg, Pa., passed away November 16, 2006 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born August 2., 1923 in Hastings, daughter of the late John and Teresa (Kraus) Stok. Preceded in death by brother Joseph Stok, and sisters Rose Presloid and Helen (Charles) Bush. Survived by loving husband Stanley A. "Stush" Wojcik, to whom she was married 60 years and these children: Stanley J. "Sonny" Wojcik, and his companion Terri Alexander, Ebensburg; Kathleen "Kathie", wife of Walter Marchu, Nanty Glo; and Patricia Wojcik of Ebensburg; grandchildren: John and Aaron Wojcik, Gretchen Luther, Nathan Myers & Joseph Sikora, Jr.; and great-grandchildren Max and Katrina Wojcik and Kendall "Nicole" Myers. Also survived by brother Edward (Dorothy) Stok, of Cadiz, Ohio. Along with her husband, Mary was owner and operator of the former Karen Jewelers in Ebensburg, where she served as bookkeeper and salesperson. She loved working with her husband, and was especially proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and being a homemaker. Mary loved to cook and was known for her excellent egg bread, coffeecake and canning. Member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church for over 47 years and member of Ebensburg Post 4963 VFW Auxillary. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a vigil prayer service will be held Sunday evening. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday at Holy Name Church, the Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus, celebrant. Committal at Holy Name Mausoleum.
