SHEESLEY - Betty Jane (Kelley), 67, Nanty Glo, died Dec. 29, 2004, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 19, 1937, in Johnstown, daughter of Harvey Kelley and Mary (Boring) Kelley-Marcus. Preceded in death by parents; brother, James; sisters-in-law, Pat Marcus and Margaret Bartlebaugh; and brothers-in-law, Harry Sheesley and William Winning. Survived by husband, Duane Sheesley Sr.; children, Duane Sheesley Jr., and Barbara Sheesley, and fiance, Tony Bearer, all of Nanty Glo; grandson, Danny; brother, Dave Marcus, and wife, Kim, Brush Valley; sisters-in-law, Fay Kelley, Nanty Glo, and Edna Winning, Ebensburg; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Attended First Baptist Church, Nanty Glo. Retired nurse's aid at Laurel Crest Manor after 24 years of service. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. Dr. Michael Benner officiating. Interment to follow in EUB Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty's name may be made to Nanty Glo Public Library.
