Obituary of Harry Hagens

HAGENS - Harry, 56, Johnstown, formerly of Twin Rocks, died May 23, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 22, 1951, in Twin Rocks, son of Calvin Blair and former Agnes Adams. Preceded in death by father-in-law, Lawrence Jones. Survived by parents, Nanty Glo; mother-in-law, E. Jean Jones, Windber; wife, former Lori Jones; and children: Dawn, wife of Doug Sauro; David L., and fiancee, Maigin Boring; and Diane, wife of Brent Feather; and Amanda, wife of Ron Graham Jr., all of Johnstown. Brother of Brenda Bracken, Gallitzin, and Patty Grove, Nanty Glo; sister-in-law, Sally, wife of Ron Mackell, Johnstown; and brother-in-law, Tom, and wife, Joanne, Boothwyn; also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Harry will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Friends received from 3 p.m. until the hour of service at 5 p.m. Saturday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., the Rev. Dr. David Hill. Interment, Richland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
