LONERGAN - Helen (Herchuck), 83, Colver, passed away Dec. 15, 2007, at Laurel Crest Manor. Born Oct. 12, 1924, in Timblin, Pa., daughter of the late Alexander and Eva Herchuck. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Edward; son, Thomas J. Lonergan; and sisters, Ann and Mary. Survived by children, Mary Ann (Matt) Mannino, South Carolina; Thomas (Michelle), Johnstown; Nancy (Tim) Gresh, Ebensburg; Margaret Lonergan, Colver; and three grandchildren. Also survived by brothers, John of Pittsburgh and Jerry of West Virginia. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Colver. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg, where vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Church, the Rev. Bernard F. Grega, celebrant. Committal, church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen s memory may be made to Laurel Crest Manor and staff as a special thank you for their fine care.
