MOSKEL - Margaret Florence (Barsda), 88, Nanty Glo, died Jan. 2, 2008, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 28, 1919, in Nanty Glo, daughter of the late Mathias and Stephanie (Pavilonis) Barsda. Preceded in death by brothers, John, George and Albert, and sister, Ann Lauryssens. Survived by son, Edward, and wife, Audrey, Charlotte, N.C., and James, Arlington, Va., and grandchildren, Bridget and Harold, both of New Jersey. Also surviving are Al and Shelly Cummings and their daughters, Angie and Mandy, who were as family to Margaret. Member of St. Mary s Church, Nanty Glo, where she was involved in many activities. Friends received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Bowser-Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where vigil service will be held. Viewing also from 9 until 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church, the Rev. Father David Peles, celebrant. Committal, St. Mary's Cemetery, Nanty Glo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Church or Nanty Glo Fire Company.
