DISHART - Edith I.(Butler), 99 of Wellsburg, West Virginia, and formerly of Ebensburg, passed away February 17, 2008 at the Valley Haven Geriatric Center. Born November 7, 1908 in Carrolltown, daughter of the late Edward and Sarah (Hitt) Miller. Preceded in death by husbands Byron Dishart and Marshall Butler; son Leo Dishart; daughter Sarah Bellas; grandson Stephen Dishart; grand daughter, Anita Capouellez (Flett); great-granddaughter Trisha Irene Fox; brothers Edgar, Charles, Ralph, and Howard Miller; sister Edna Wills; and sons-in-law Clifford Capouellez and Benjamin Chappell. Survived by children: William Dishart, married to the former Barbara Chappell, Summerhill; Lois Chappell, Ebensburg; Thomas Dishart, married to the former Judith Cook, Newberry Springs, California; Patricia, wife of Ronald James, Pinckney, Michigan; Linda Capouellez, State Line, Pa; Susan Gorman, Greencastle, PA; and Sandra, wife of Don Armstrong, Nottingham, Pa. Also 25 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren. Member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church, Ebensburg. Friends will be received from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a vigil prayer service will be held Tuesday evening. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at Holy Name Church, Ebensburg, PA. The Rev. Msgr. Arnold L. Gaus, celebrant. Committal at Holy Name Cemetery.
