Obituary of Rose Marie Soflarsky

SOFLARSKY – Rose Marie, 83, of Nanty Glo, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 1, 2020. Born July 27, 1937 in Clearfield Twp., daughter of the late Joseph and Clara Ella Fornari. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceded in death by son, Robert. Survived by husband, Ray Soflarsky, Sr.; and children, Ray Soflarsky, Jr.; Patricia (Matthew) Scott; Janet (Chris) Alexander; and David (Holly) Soflarsky. Grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Heather, Ashley, Nolan and Kaylee. Also survived by sisters in law, Ethel Soflarsky, Irma Soflarsky and Judy Fornari. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, officiating. Entombment, Holy Name Mausoleum.
