Obituary of Eleanor M. Doliveira

DOLIVEIRA – Eleanor M., 85, of Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg, formerly of Nanty Glo, passed away December 31, 2020.  Born August 27, 1935, daughter of the late Michael and Sarah (Povalitis) Law.  Preceded in death by brothers: Lt. Col John T. Law and James Law.  Survived by son: James V. (Carrie) Doliveira; and daughters: Jane M. Doliveira and Judith A. (Dwight) Weaver; and grandchildren:  Tawni, Tiffani, and James Doliveira, Andrew, Stephen, and Kristina Weaver, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Eleanor was a member of St. Mary’s Parish, Nanty Glo.  She worked as a bookkeeper and receptionist for James Doliveira Lumber of Colver for over 30 years.  She loved playing bingo, attending daily rosary and Bible study while at Cambria Care.  Private funeral arrangements at the convenience of the family.  Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nanty Glo.  Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
