Obituary of Mary Ann Williams

WILLIAMS – Mary Ann (Mesaros), 79, of Nanty Glo, passed away January 15, 2021 at home.  Born August 15, 1941 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Andrew J. and Mary C. (Bacci) Mesaros.  Preceded in death by infant son,  John Eric Williams.  Survived by children:  Christine (Rick) Brocius, Nanty Glo;  Dawn M. (Harry) Six; Wheeling, W. Va.  and Shawn M. (Tammy) Williams, Colver; grandchildren: Harry Six, Jr. and Renee Six, Warren (Amber) Williams  and  Kaytlynn Williams;  Also survived by sister, Patricia Koscienski, Lewisberry, Pa.  Mary Ann was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Nanty Glo.  Retired as an LPN from the former Eastern Orthodox Foundation Personnal Care Home.  Mary Ann loved to do paintings, she was especially fond of the oil paint medium and was an avid student of the Bob Ross Series of painting.  Private funeral arrangements at the convenience of the family, Rev. Fr. Leonard Voytek, officiating.  Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Mary Ann was plagued with bad health for many years before her passing; in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to the American Cancer Society, the America Heart Association or the American Diabetes Foundation. Arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo.
