Obituary of Donald E. Adams

ADAMS – Donald E., 73, of Ebensburg, went to be with his Lord, June 27, 2021, at Cranberry Place, Cranberry Twp. Born September 22, 1947 in Johnstown son of the late Frank Adams and Ruth (Fink) Adams. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by step-mother, Bertha. Survived by wife, Jane (Croasmun) Adams, with whom he would have celebrated 48 years of marriage in October; as well as brothers, Robert and Dennis. Also survived by in-laws, William & Deborah Settle; and dear friends, Sheila Westover and Ray & Edie Ellenburger. Don was a custodian for 30 years with Ebensburg Center, as well as serving as a volunteer fire fighter there for many years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and assembling jig-saw puzzles. He was a member of the Ebensburg First Christian Church, where he was formerly an Elder. A gathering of friends will be held at the Askew-Houser Funeral Home, Ebensburg  Friday, July 9, 2021 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11a.m. Pastor Bill Warrick, officiating.
