SCOTT – Christine “Chris”, 69, of Blacklick Twp., passed away August 25, 2021. Born April 25, 1952 in Johnstown, daughter of the late John and Lida “Sis” (Ondriezek) Hurtack. Preceded in death by brother, Harry. Survived by husband of 48 years, Andrew Scott; children, Adam Scott; and Valerie (Steven) Frantz; Grandchildren, Alex, Katie, Donovan and Christopher. Also survived by sister, Annette (James) Baker; sister in law, Rita Miller; and several nieces and nephews. Chris enjoyed crafting, crocheting, going to camp; and spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where vigil prayer service will be held. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. on  Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, the Rev. Leonard Voytek, celebrant. Entombment, Holy Name Mausoleum, Ebensburg.
