Obituary of Laura Wood

WOOD – “Dolly” Grace, 84, of Nanty-Glo, went to eternal glory on January 3, 2022. Born December 2, 1937, Dolly was preceded in death by husband, William, Sr. “Woody”; children, William Jr. and Nancy; and brothers, David and George. Dolly is survived by children, Diana, Donna, James and Pauline. Also adoptive daughters, Marjorie and Shirley; many grand, great and great-great grandchildren; and sisters, Ruth and Marie.  Dolly was a proud foster grandparent for 16 years. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor David Lee, officiating. (Masks are required at both the visitation and funeral) Interment, United Brethren Cemetery, Belsano.
