Obituary of Patricia Ann Hoffman

HOFFMAN– Patricia Ann, 92, of The Grove at Latrobe, formerly of Ebensburg, passed away March 9, 2022. Born February 28, 1930 in Philipsburg, daughter of the late Lloyd and Ada (Holt) Dillen. Preceded in death by sister, Velma Burke; brothers, Walter and Fred Dillen; brother-in-law, Donald Hoffman; and ex-husband, Carl Hoffman. Survived by son, Mark (Sandra) Hoffman; grandchildren, Beth Anne (Steven) Diers, Matthew (Stacey) Hoffman and Joyce (Chris) Williams; great grandchildren, Owen, Jacob, Hunter, Caleb, Bennett and Katie. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Miriam and Betty Hoffman; ex-daughter-in-law, Vickie Hoffman; and close friend, Pamela Turk. Member of Ebensburg United Methodist Church. Retired secretary/receptionist from Ebensburg Senior Center with 13 years of service. Patricia loved God with all her heart. She enjoyed art, music, singing, crafts, sewing, using the computer; and made many great friends and loved spending time with all of the residents, caregivers and staff at The Grove, where she lived for the past 10 years. Patricia will be sadly missed by all who knew her.  Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Ebensburg United Methodist Church. Interment, Oak Hill Cemetery, Karthaus, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to Ebensburg United Methodist Church, Ebensburg Senior Center or The Gideons.
