Obituary of Dorothy A. Ford

FORD – Dorothy A., 95, of Mineral Point, passed away April 29, 2022 at home. Born March 7, 1927 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Lawrence and Grace (Burns) Kimmel. Preceded in death by husband, George Ford, Jr.; son, Tom Ford; and all of her siblings. Survived by children, David (Kathleen) Ford; Kathy (Gerald) Neville; and Timothy (Marianne) Ford. 9 Grandchildren. 15 Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was an avid bingo and pinochle player. Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the Rev.
