FOLCKEMER - Shirley, "Toots",  85, of Ebensburg, affectionately known as “Toots”, to all who knew her, passed away at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg on July 23, 2022. Toots was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Born March 18, 1937 to Henry and Mary E. Radebach. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Folckemer, who she married August 30, 1958; grandson, Frank Daniel; and siblings, Jack, Jim and wife Rita; Ted, Betty Long and husband Ed.  Surviving are her sons, Mark (Leona); and David (Tina); grandchildren, Lisa, Alyssa and Cameron; great grandsons, Daniel, Logan and Liam; and great great granddaughter, Sophia. Also survived by brother, Bill (Ann); sister-in-law, Sally (Jack); and numerous nieces, nephews, in laws and friends. Toots was a regular bowler at Lakeview Lanes for many years, where she shared good times with all of her bowling buddies. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, the Rev. Brian Warchola, officiating. Interment, United Brethren Cemetery, Belsano. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Revloc Fire Company in Toots’ memory. Condolences may be left to the family at www.askew-houser.com
