TOBIN- Barbara C., 78, of Belsano, passed away Dec. 10, 2022. Born June 16, 1944 in Indiana, daughter of the late Jay and Josephine Toy. Preceded in death by brother, Alvie Toy. Survived by husband Bill, to whom she was married for 58 years and sons, Bill Jr. (Kimberly) Tobin and Ed (Mitzi) Tobin. Grandchildren, Cora, Billy, Halie, Blair and Chante. Great grandchildren, Isaac, Sylas, Greyson, Jade, Sariah and Aldon. Barb enjoyed decorating for all of the holidays. She loved going to the beach and camp; and spending time with her family.
