POLCHITO – Anthony Jr., 73, of Ebensburg, passed away April 3, 2023. Born July 11, 1949 in Spangler, son of Anthony Sr. and Mary Frances (Kokoski) Polchito. Preceded in death by his father; and son, David.  Survived by mother, of Ebensburg; sons: Scott Polchito, Cresson, and Robert Polchito, Nashville, TN; daughter, Amy Polchito, Frederick MD., and his companion of many years, Virginia Turner.  Also grandchildren: Dylan, Destinee, Carson, & Aleea.   Brother of Linda Makin, Richard (Jayne) Polchito, and Gary (Sandy) Polchito; and numerous nieces and nephews. Anthony enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years, and was the former owner of Anthony’s Pizza.  Friends will be received from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday April 10th at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc. Ebensburg, where a vigil prayer service will be held.  Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday  April 11th at Holy Name Roman Catholic Church, Fr. Brian Warchola, celebrant. Interment at Holy Name Cemetery. Arrangements in the care of Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc. Ebensburg. Condolences may be left for the family at www.askew-houser.com
