DUGAN - Zelda 89, of Jackson Twp., passed away May 10, 2023. Born March 19, 1934 in Conemaugh, daughter of the late Carl and Gertrude (Litzinger) Grove. Preceded in death by husband, Robert; brothers, Wayne, Bobbie, Ralph and Fred; and sister, Helen Fama. Grandchildren, Abigail and Alexandra Dugan; and Great Grandson, Joseph Palumbo. Sisters in law, Liz, Jane and Evelyn Grove; and Dorothy Dugan; brothers in law, Jim Dugan, Ken Dugan, Ray Biter and Mike Popp.  Survived by children, David Dugan; Tim (Elise) Dugan; Rob Dugan; Mary Kay Dugan; Ellen (Jack) Machuta; Doug Dugan; and Roger (Beth) Dugan. 16 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson. Sisters, Ruth Biter, Ann (Fred) Fisher and Kate (Jim) Shultz. Brothers, John, Elmer (Barbara), Raymond (Catherine), Donald (Dolores) and Dean (Linda). Sisters in law, Kay Popp and Janice Dugan; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A special thanks to Penn Hospice and Cambridge Memory Care of Ebensburg. Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Deacon Thomas Buige, officiating.
