LEONARD – Patricia B., 82, of Ebensburg, passed away May 12, 2023. Born January 15, 1941 in Ebensburg, daughter of the late Thomas R. and Elizabeth (Shoemaker) Balsinger. Preceded in death by husband, Alvin H. Leonard; grandson, Thomas J. Leonard; sister, Carole; and brother Daniel. Survived by sons, Michael (Maria); Jeffrey (Patty); Keith (Anastasia); and 5 grandchildren. Also survived by her sister, Dianne Reese; brother, T. Philip Balsinger; and several nieces and nephews. Patricia enjoyed art, calligraphy, bird watching and a good mystery. She also had a special love of horses. Private services will be held in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.
