FRANKLIN – Brian Nelson, 58, of Ebensburg, passed away June 17, 2023. Born November 4, 1964 in Lewistown, son of the late Thomas H. and Carol E. (Peters) Franklin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Thomas L. Franklin. Survived by children; Heather Pastor, Patricia Franklin (fiancé, John Bahorik), Brandon (Alexandria) Franklin, and William Ellis; and 7 grandchildren with another on the way. Also survived long time companion and love of his life, Beth Webster; and brother, Robert L. Franklin. Brian was a United States Navy veteran, retiring after 20 years of service. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements in the care of Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc.
