BOPP – Ronald P., 85, of Ebensburg, passed away July 8, 2023 at HAIDA Healthcare, Hastings. Born Feb. 20, 1938 in Summerhill, son of the late Felix and Isabelle (Shrift) Bopp. Preceded in death by daughter, Denise; and several brothers and sisters. Survived by wife of 63 years, the former Jean Natcher; children, Duane; Doug (Jen); and Daren. Grandchildren, Elizabeth, Evan, Joe, Jake and Victoria. Also survived by two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg. Retired crane operator from Bethlehem Steel.  At Ron’s request, there will be no viewing. Friends and family are welcomed to join together for a service, where he will be laid to rest, at Holy Name Mausoleum at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. Arrangements are in care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron’s memory may be made to Holy Name Church.
