HAGEN – Phyllis, 83, of Jackson Twp., passed away Dec. 29, 2023 at home. Born September 9, 1940 in Johnstown, daughter of the late John and Bessie (Jenkins) McKeel. Preceded in death by brothers, Carl, Ray and Don; sister, Emma; and great grandson, Brantley. Last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by husband, Bob; children, Sandy (Barry) Llewellyn; JR. (Tammy) Hagen; and John (Jodi) Hagen. Grandchildren, Nichole, Samantha, Alix, Robert III, Josh, Jerzey, Brittney, Hollie, Madison and Nathan. 11 Great Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Life member of Chickaree Union Church. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4 p.m. on Tuesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, Pastor Robert Bartlebaugh, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' memory may be made to The Parkinsons Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY. 10018.
