FRANK - William J., 86, Formerly of Ebensburg, passed away Thursday February 1, 2024, in New Port Richey, Florida.  Born on March 7, 1937, in Ebensburg, the son of the late Celestine and Elizabeth (Farabaugh) Frank. Preceded in death by brothers: Joseph and Richard Frank and sister: Mary Louise Frank, brother-in-law Robert Adams, and sisters-in-law Rozetta Frank, Joyce Frank, and Marilyn Frank.  Survived by wife, the former Donna (Byrne) Frank of New Port Richey, and his children:  Nicole (Michael) Lijewski, Florida; Terry Alan (Rachael) Frank, Florida; Louis (Wendy) Frank, Florida; and Rebecca (Jay Kratofil) Frank, Pittsburgh; grandchildren:  William & Jonathan Lijewski, Jamie Jones & Lillian Frank, Molly & Madeline Frank, and Ella Kratofil.  Also survived by brothers and sisters:  Paul (Joann) Frank; James (Judy) Frank; George (Mildred) Frank; Fred Frank; Shirley Ann Frank; Darlene Adams; Ronald Frank; Thomas Frank; Robert (Karen) Frank; and sister-in-law Marian Frank Gearhart.  Bill was a member of Holy Name Roman Catholic Church, Ebensburg.  He started his working career at Damin Printing Company. He was a coal miner for several years and lastly, he worked at The Long Barn in Ebensburg, where he retired. Bill and Donna moved to Florida in 2019 where he spent his remaining years as a devoted caretaker for his wife, Donna.  He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and he will be missed dearly.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg, where a vigil prayer service will be held.  Funeral Mass will be held 10:00am Saturday at Holy Name Church, Ebensburg, the Rev.
