DUGAN – Doreen A. (Carpinello), 65, has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior, on June 11, 2024 after a hard fought seven year battle with cancer.  Born August 8, 1958 in Florida, daughter of the late Leroy and Nancy (Lefebure) Carpinello. 


Survived by her husband of 48 years, Gerald “Jerry”, at home;  daughter, Jennifer (William) Dixon; son Jerry (Dionna) Dugan; sisters: Kimberly (Michael) Gromley, and Pamela (David) Shanfield, and brother, Kenneth (Michelle) Carpinello.  Also survived by grandchildren:  Chase (Lilly) Crissman, Aurora (Austin) Crissman, Ethan and Alek Dixon and great grandson Rory Elliot Crissman, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.   


 


Doreen was a member of Pike Grace Brethren Church in Mundy’s Corner.  She loved creating beautiful flowers and wreaths, crocheting and gardening. 


 


A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday (June 14th) at the Pike Grace Brethren Church, Rev. Terry Glessner, officiating.  Entombment at Holy Name Mausoleum, Ebensburg.  Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Ebensburg.  Condolences to the family may be left at www.askew-houser.com
