MARTIN – Hazel Lynn, 2 weeks, of Nanty Glo, infant daughter of Amber Sims and Tye Martin, passed away Sept. 19, 2024. Born Sept. 5, 2024 in Johnstown. In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Apryle (Nicholas Pholar) Bober and John (Angela) Sims; paternal grandparents, Toby and Tracy Martin; aunts and uncles, Noah, Autumn (Zack), Clay (Tara), Owen, Carter and Brody; special cousins, Wynter and Nash; and fur brothers, Junior and Bow. Also survived by great grandparents, numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins and many extended family and friends.
