Obituary of Jane E. Morgan

MORGAN - Jane E. (Gay-Frombach), 80, Vinco, passed away July 27, 2006, at Allegheny General Hospital. Born April 26, 1926, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Peter and Effie (Anderson) Gay. Preceded in death by brothers, Thomas, Anderson, Melvin, Irvin, Homer, Walmer, Woodrow and Paul, and sister, Isabella Mangold. Survived by husband of 29 years, Lawrence Morgan; daughters, Donna, and husband, James Amigh, Vinco; Connie, and husband, Csaba Toth, California; and Diane, and husband, Dr. George Brodmerkel, Pittsburgh; and son, Dennis Fromabach, and wife, Georgia (Polinsky), Vinco. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Ethel Bloomquist, and husband, Raymond, Florida; stepchildren, Patricia, and husband, Jim Bolin; Larry, and wife, Gail; George, and wife, Joann; Susan, and husband, Wayne Seguin; Rebecca, and husband, Charles Hathaway; David, and wife, Becky; and Diane, and husband, Darin Brown; 19 stepgrandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren. Member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Mundys Corner. Retired from Foster Foods and Bali Bra. Jane enjoyed playing cards, cooking, baking and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo, and from 10 until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Lynn M. Sanner officiating. Interment, Ogden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jane's memory may be made to St. Paul's Church Fellowship Hall Fund.
