KRAWCION - Frank "Wrench", Sr., 78, of Nanty Glo, died November 21, 2004 at home. Born February 2, 1926 in Revloc, son of the late John and Pauline (Smetana) Krawcion. Preceded in death by sisters Mary Lotito, Kay Changery, Louise Ugoletti, Ann Rogel and brothers Nick and James Krawcion. Survived by wife, Marie (Frank) Krawcion and sons Frank Jr. and wife Jean (Lupek) and John and wife Susan (Croft), both of Nanty Glo. Grandchildren Ethan James and Jordan Marie Krawcion. Also survived by sisters Theresa Mallin, Nanty Glo ; Rose and husband Joe Riccidella, Maryland; and Jean and husband Steve Hrapchak, Mundys Corner, and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Nanty Glo. Retired welder with 32 years of service with Bethlehem Steel Corp. WW II Navy veteran. Member of Nanty Glo VFW Post # 3489, and Nanty Glo American-Polish Citizens Club. An avid hunter and fisherman. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday, at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc, Nanty Glo , where Parastas will be held 7:00 pm that evening. Panachida at 9:30am Wednesday at the funeral home, followed by Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Nicholas Byzantine Church, the Rev. Wesley M. Mash, celebrant. Interment St. Marys Cemetery, Nanty Glo.
