SULLIVAN – Gary Lee, 66, of Twin Rocks, passed away Sept. 3, 2011 at home. Born Dec. 2, 1944 in Holsopple, son of the late John and Evelyn (Sullivan) Zvonik. Survived by wife of 45 years, the former Darlene Wright; and children, Wendy (Tom) Teleha, California; Melissa (Daniel), Vintondale; Kevin (Lynette), Nanty Glo; Jennifer (Paul) Dugan, Tennessee; Amanda (Scott), Twin Rocks; Suzanne (Mark) Reposa, Factoryville; Christopher (Michelle), Johnstown; and Bridget (James), Vintondale. 18 Grandchildren. Brother of Margaret (Michael) Ahern, Maryland; Joanne (Dan) Hrivnak, Johnstown; and John Zvonik, Holsopple; and his camping buddy, Shadow. Retired from Florence Mining Co. Graduated from Shade High School where he participated in football and track. He coached Blacklick Valley Track; enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren, golfing, watching horse races, hunting, spending time at camp, and watching high school football, especially when B.V. and Shade played each other. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes, Inc., Nanty Glo, where funeral service will be held at 10am Friday, Rev. Asa Sherman, officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in Gary's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
