Linda was such a blessing to our family when she came to care for Petsy, our beloved brother. She showed him such love and acceptance as if he were her own family. She also gave comfort to me and my sister Sandy knowing the challenges and many rewards of caregiving. She will always hold a place in our hearts. Our deepest sympathies to her family, she was truly a beautiful soul. Rosemary Roles and Sandra Frederick

Linda was not only my cousin but she was my friend. Linda cared for my children and then my Grandchildren and even my host of precious rescue cats to help me while I was ill, working or on a vacation. My dear Linda had a heart of gold. Many times over the past 45 years of our friendship we comforted, amused, and supported each other. My comfort is knowing that she is in the Kingdom of God. She has truly earned her place there. She will be missed terribly Mark and Gaynelle Schmieder

My heart is broken at the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother, sister and one of my dearest friends. So many memories of growing up together, school, camping, staying together at church camp, spending time at each other’s houses and the memories go on. I texted Linda while she was in the hospital and told her how fortunate we were to have been friends all of these years. The last time we were together was at the Beaverdale church for Christmas 2019. We sat together and held hands. I will treasure all of these sweet memories until I see her again. My love and sincere sympathy to all of you, her family.
