Janice's unconditional love felt during all of my summer stays at the Poliziani home each summer as a child.
Her incredible wedding cakes at the so very fun wedding celebrations.
Her pasta salad made with Salad Supreme that is still enjoyed by my family in Michigan.
Her phone calls over the past years (some intended, some not) that were all so special and now treasured.
Her gratitude and deep love for my parents that brought them back for me every time we talked.
Her generosity expressed in giving me one of her paintings during a visit last year that will be a special part of every Christmas the rest of my days.
